Composed of two "U" brackets that encompass either side of the gate stile (3" thick) a 12" by 3/4' diameter heavy eye bolt and two nuts.   Allows for easy adjustment of latch end of gate.   Simply loosen one nut and then tighten the other to raise or lower the latch end of the gate.   (Note: requires that the gate vertical be 3" thick.   This is accomplished by adding an extra piece of 2 x 6 lumber between the lower two horizontal bars of the gate.
